Digiverse Solutions has formulated ethical terms and conditions solely for the services of the company.

REVISION POLICY

Digiverse Solutions allows revision and encourage its users to opt for changes that don’t affect the original concept of the design in any way. If the revision request changes the initial concept (once approved by the client) shared by the client in the first place, the request will be directly rejected. The users of Digiverse Solutions are allotted unlimited revisions in any other case free of additional charges. The revisions will be shared within 48 hours of the request.

TURN AROUND TIME

The average turnaround time for basic design services is approx. 48 – 72 hours. It is to be noted that the above-communicated timeframe is not the tenure of an entire project but the initial design phase. The turnaround time at Digiverse Solutions depends on the type of service and project nature acquired by the company, either as an initial project or prior revisions. The minimum timeframe for revisions is 48 – 72 hours.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

Digiverse Solutions have strict quality assurance policy and has dedicated an entire team of QA professionals. We make sure our services are delivered just as committed and exceeds your expectations. The QA team evaluated each project before delivery.

DELIVERY PROCESS POLICY

We have the most transparent delivery process for all our users and clients.

  • A complete order will be delivered to the given account on the agreed date as per the order contract.
  • The turnaround time will be as per the package.
  • The websites will only be deployed LIVE once all dues are cleared. In case of outstanding dues, the project will not be deployed live.
  • In case of urgencies, contact our support team.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

All finalized Designs provided by Digiverse Solutions are done so on a written request of finalization by the client and upon finalization the client receives all the final files of the logo with 100% ownership.

  • Client shall own the final the Final Design provided by Digiverse Solutions in all its entirety.
  • All ownership rights of the delivered service or e-product belongs to the client.
  • The Client is free to use the finalized design as they see fit.

Note: The client shall not, in any case, own any media, material or other content creator or generator during revision phase which leads to final product.

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

Digiverse Solutions shall never be responsible to populate or create the content (text,image,features etc.) on the website, unless purchased.

If purchased, Digiverse Solutions will be responsible for:

  • Digiverse Solutions will populate the website with content created for the client
  • The content creation will be specifically designed for the client.
  • Images shall be purchased on client’s approval.
  • Product image & product description shall be provided by the client.
  • Digiverse Solutions will populate the website with images.
  • Digiverse Solutions will acquire stock imagery for client from stock photo websites.
  • Digiverse Solutions will populate the website with products and product details.
  • Digiverse Solutions shall not be responsible in any way a shape or structure, of any similarities between images used on the site which may or may not resemble to any other brand or website.

N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANGEMENT

Digiverse Solutions is liable to keep the confidentiality of a project and clientele. Digiverse Solutions never shares the user’s information in any case to any third-party. The company assures 100% confidentiality with an officially signed N.D.A.

Once the project meets finalization successfully. Both parties, Digiverse Solutions and the Client agrees not to intentionally defame or disrespect the other party to matters arising after project completion and handover.

Once the project is completed successfully. Each Party agrees to refrain from (and Digiverse Solutions shall take reasonable steps to cause its officers and directors to refrain from), either directly or indirectly, hereafter making any sort of defamatory statements of any nature whatsoever publically or privately about the Client (in the case of Company, its employees, staff, or any related members).

Customer Support

Our Customer Support Team is present in the office Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM GMT to answer all of your concerns and queries over the phone.

All the other queries and concerns after the business hours shall be emailed to the team accounted with your project. It shall be responded when the shift starts the next day.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Digiverse Solutions is a design service and digital agency by nature. Our primarily concern is to provide consultancy, design, develop, and fulfill digital needs of our clients necessary in the design unit. Primarily our packages and services includes technical support to assist our clients with their website and emails. Digiverse Solutions will provide the client with necessary and basic information and guidance regarding the services purchased. However, Digiverse Solutions shall not be responsible of providing detailed trainings and elongated sessions or installations of any sort of said services. Such services may include but not limited to:

WEBSITE DEPLOYMENT

Digiverse Solutions will be deploying the website for the clients on:

  • Hosting Service provided by Digiverse Solutions is a free service provided to the client as an added feature without any cost. It is attained from a Third-Party Service provider.
  • A hosting server shared or provided by the customer (also purchased from a Third-Party).
  • In the event the website is hosted on third party webserver purchased by the customer, Digiverse Solutions will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting related issues.
  • There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between client and Digiverse Solutions in terms of technical assistance or service outage, unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service.

WEBSITE CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - CMS:

  • We will provide a customer user manual to use website’s CMS to the client.
  • We shall not be responsible to train the client for the said and shared website CMS.

EMAIL SETUP

  • We will be providing the clients with the mandatory information and settings to install the emails on their side of the system.
  • We will not be responsible to install the emails on client’s system.
  • We will not be responsible for providing technical training & support in troubleshooting errors on email functionality if the emails functions fine on server side.
  • We shall not be hold responsible in any way for client’s failure to execute or install the email setup.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

  • Digiverse Solutions is not responsible for any issues, damages, or delays caused due to contacting on unofficial contacts not provided by us.
  • Digiverse Solutions take full responsibility of all the information & details share don our official website and domains.
