The Refund Policy will be void if;

• In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved, or a change is requested unless Universal Design Labs™ cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.
• No refund request will be entertained on the basis of change-of-mind. The refund request will be void.
• You have selected a custom or special package.
• The primary design concept (for any service) has been approved by you.
• The logo is in finalization phase.
• The website (you opted for) has been designed & developed and deployed live.
• You have already taken or demanded revisions.
• The cancellation has been made due to certain reasons non-related to the project.
• You have failed to contact the company after placing your order for more than 2 weeks of the initial 30 to 45 days.
• Any sort of company’s policy or policies has been violated by your end.
• You have engaged any other designer for the same project from any other company.
• The brief is lacking the required and essential information.
• A complete change in the design is demanded.
• You have exceeded the timeframe required to apply for a refund. You become non-eligible if you exceed the timespan provided to apply for a refund from Digiverse Solutions.
• You are closing your business operations or changing the entire business.
• The reasons such as ‘disagreement with partner’, ‘change of idea or mind’, or ‘issues with the investors’ or any other reason which does not pertain to the service will not be subjected to refund under any circumstances.
• You are entitled to a 50% refund in case the project has been on-board for 25 days or more and prospects have been made upon client’s requirements. In the case, project exceeds 35 days, the client will only be entitled to a 30% refund.
• If any sort of revision has been approved or accepted by the client.
• The client may be eligible to claim for a 50% refund after their discussion with their allotted Project Manager.
• The approval of claimed refund resides at the discretion of Digiverse Solutions’s Management.
• In case a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only be applicable for the particular service and ‘not’ the entire service bundle.
• Cancellation of orders prior to project initiation due to reasons unrelated to the design service itself for any number of reasons will be subjected to a 33% cancellation administrative fee.

Note: Digiverse Solutions hold the rights to reject, decline, or cancel ant project and contract whenever it deems necessary. After a refund, clients or users have no rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of the company – Digiverse Solutions. Only the company – Digiverse Solutions will be the rightful owner of the designs, unless mutually agreed with by the company and the customer through written communication. The information will be submitted the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.

If violated, legal actions will be taken by Digiverse Solutions.

Any service which is not related to design service will not be eligible for any sort of refund under any circumstances. These services are not covered under 100% money-back guarantee. If such service is attained as a part of a Package deal, it cannot be used to request a refund on an entire package or bundle. Examples of such services are mentioned below:
